Title: SOLVED: Djetset 710 - 4H Automobiles Utilitie prototype 2014

Thank you to Carnut who noticed that my original DS710 puzzle was a re-post of the 'push'me-pull-you' Honda Accord, developed by Honda to test its 4WS four-wheel-steering system.

I have now changed the puzzle image, so who built this car for a point please?
