It is the Vogue sport car built by F. Lester Ray (know as Fred) and Derek Matthews in 1971. It was first known as DM6 from Derek Matthews and Grupe 6 I think.

Correct in all details. The prototype was powered by a Formula 3 Cosworth MAE motor.
