What's this, from when and based on what - for 1 point?:

1932 Stutz DV32 chassis with a body made out of 1949 Cadillac parts. A custom car made in the early 50s.

1932 Stutz dv-32 ,much modified with 48/49 Caddy panels by Dr.Needy ,Missouri mostly between 1949-1953 ?

What a terrible fate for a 20-year old Stutz DV32 - but has it been restored to something like this in the 60 years since it was vandalised thus?
