from the information I,ve found ,there were several people involved,ken wiles,jack Thomson and Harold clisby in its making. there were a couple of models produced 2-seater tourer,and a sport tourer using DKW 2-stroke engine via 3-speed gearbox?

Yes, this is the one described as a 'light car'.
Can you say who was going to build this car for the point (also where would be good, though that isn't part of the original question)?
