2000 Parradine 525S.
It's a Parradine but I'm looking for a model name; I think the 525S was a convertible?
Locked for you to investigate.
Is it simply Parradine Coupe/525 Coupe you're after? Or 320? My understanding is that the Parradine never officially released a Coupe version so not sure it would have another model name?

They didn't so it's a photoshop job but by Parradine themselves, so it was a proposal and I have a name for it (not numbers)!

Ok not sure I'm getting anywhere so I'm gonna cover my bases haha. Proteus and Pegasus were the precursors, but one or two people seem to have confused them with the newer cars. I've also found mention of a V8S but no accompanying images.
And finally, this direct off the Parradine cars website: The Parradine 525S roadster, the first of a family of supercars. The second, the 525SE is a stunning estate to be launched in 2001 and the third, the 525SC is a beautiful coupe arriving in 2002.
So... I guess Parradine 525SC?
To be honest it's all a bit murky..
The Parradine 525S grew out of the old Deltayn Pegasus of course, although I don't believe many were actually built (one?!)
I understood the proposed Parradine Coupé would resurrect the old Pegasus name and have a Jaguar V12 engine, but I don't think you're wrong to call it the 525S Coupé.
So I'll give you the point for that, especially as you did mention the Pegasus name.
The brochure also shows this estate version:
