From the high rear 3/4 angle view, the shape of the front end at first reminded me of an early Jensen Interceptor . . . but nothing else looked right. So I looked for similar cars, and I believe this is an Allard Monte Carlo Saloon. They were only built from 1952 to 1955, and I don't think they changed very much from year to year.
