The venue is in Victoria yes, though I don't know about Albert Park as it's captioned as a hill-climb (see below).

Pedantically, it's a Cooper-Jaguar MkII T38, built in 1955, and one of three altogether.
Sold by Peter Whitehead to Stan Jones in the winter of 1955/56, and later owned by John Aldis and Ron Phillips.
