It is the ex-Peter Whitehead car but being driven by its new owner in a neighbouring country!

The new owner would be Stan Jones, which prob'ly means Orstralia.  I'm guessing that the venue might be Albert Park.....

Stan Jones it is.
The venue is in Victoria yes, though I don't know about Albert Park as it's captioned as a hill-climb (see below).
I think we'll call it solved though.

Pedantically, it's a Cooper-Jaguar MkII T38, built in 1955, and one of three altogether.

Sold by Peter Whitehead to Stan Jones  in the winter of 1955/56, and later owned by John Aldis and Ron Phillips.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
