..but not this.  The Jomars were copies of it but that's not what happened to this one!

Is this by any chance the car which ended up as FHF705? It is fitted here with a Microplas body, but was rebodied with the first "notchback" style which preceded the Grantura.

Yes, that's what it is (though I'd have to check if that was its registration).
The car existed in this form for less than a year then was re-bodied as you describe to become the prototype Grantura coupé.

I prefer the old and unusual of course!  Mine celebrates its 50th anniversary this year..
