Hello, I found the car ,its the Lasley by John Lasley 1952 he was a engineer.the car had a roadster body of fiberglass,but the chassis composed of pieces from Packard,lincoln and Studebaker and the engine was a v8 ohv Cadillac 331,from 1949 caddy.

Easier than I thought..!

The builder, John A. Lasley, was an engineer and owned the Lasley Tool and Machine Co in Beloit, WI.
Below is a front view of this car (for which he made the moulds himself) and a picture of the Lasley Sport Biplane which had originally been built in 1931 though was modified/rebuilt by Lasley in the late 1930s.
