It has Pininfarina cues here and there. I'm wondering if this is a Pininfarina proposal for, say a Peugeot small coupe, with the main instruction from Peugeot being "Let's not offend anyone, OK?" ;)

The designer did work for Pininfarina, but I believe he was freelance when he did this.
It's not a Peugeot though...
