Make and model are correct...but this was quite easy....the coachbuilder is not W.P.Ryan.

Wow, very well spotted. I thought it was quite an hard nut. Giuseppe Cavallotti, an Italian man had gone to Uruguay where he founded his little coachbuilding brand. Another point for Ropat.
