I found the car, really by chance to be honest (I was looking for pictures of Fiat Topolino wheels, then stumbled upon the Topolino 750 MM by Zagato, then on that very car).
Ok, so it's a Fiat 750 Topolino powered by a BMW engine.
Save the point for somebody who might find more info on the car.

I've given you the point and called it solved as I was only looking for the car's name.
There is a story behind it for course so if anyone would like to add that they might get a point as well!
I think that this car was made by "Carrozzeria Campana Onorio" from Modena: they just made a barchetta with Bmw engine - on a Topolino chassis - in 1948

I'm afraid I don't, no.

I only modified the badge a tiny bit but here's the original photo; I'll see if I can find any more out there.
