Yes, exactly.
It's obviously basically a Ginetta G12 but made much later by Dare, which was the Walklett Brothers' new company after they sold Ginetta (which carries on in name without them!)

In fact there are 2 versions of the Dare G12, the narrow and wide rear body versions; this one is the wide one.
