I've searched and searched again, still to no avail, as at least two Pros believe this puzzle to be a re-post. Let's find out if they are right, so up now to the Pros to battle this one out. Who will be first to correctly identify this car's builder and country where it was made?

OK, it seems it was a re-post, although I'd included the car's creator Strom in the search name, which could be why it didn't show up as naturally his name should be included in the car's title.

Strictly speaking PJ you didn't complete the puzzle by telling me where this was built (Norway) but you clearly knew that already, so I will give you a point, and then ask for this to be merged please. Thanks.
