OK. I have it as completed in 1985 and powered by a Volvo 2.3 litre Turbo but I guess you're right too!

20 of these roadsters were built between 1983 and 1986 by Danish Volvo dealer Ole Sommer, 5 Mk 1 (1983/84) and 15 Mk 2 (1984-86). They could be equipped with every Volvo engine from B19 to B23. The pictured car is a 1985 Mk 2 with a B23 Turbo engine.

Sommer was also a coachbuilder and was responsible for at least two other cars that have featured here on AP, a Volvo PV445 coupé and the Sommer-bodied Jowett Jupiter fastback:
