I can't find proof, but I have a strong conviction that this is a Studebaker concept drawing, probably for what would become the Avanti in 1962. The bladed bumper and the headlights are what convinced me. Is the rendering by Raymond Loewy?

Studebaker is right, though whether it's part of the project which became the Avanti I'm not sure. They probably explored all sorts of things in those heady days..
It's not by Loewy, so who did it and when, for the point? Locked until your next reply.
And you're not so wide of the mark that we can laugh!
