It looks like some sort of electric evaluation vehicle with four hub-motors and which has the ability to let the wheels fold towards the frame to perhaps allow it to get through a standard doorway. Or perhaps evaluates stability by allowing easy changes of track during motion. Ah, heck, I don't know, but it is fascinating... ;D

It's indeed an electric vehicle with four hub-motors. I don't know if it can go through a doorway, but even if it's the case it has been designed for another purpose. And yes, it's fascinating (and the puzzle photo is not even the most spectacular view of this vehicle).

Some sources say the car is called E-Spider even if it's not mentioned on Swincar's website.
