Indeed he has; bad luck!
That's exactly what it is.  Initially the car, derived from the RPB Piraya which has featured on AP before, was made in Sweden but production transferred to Finland after the necessity to have crash tests rendered it impossible to continue making it in Sweden.  A few were made in Finland but it didn't last awfully long.
And in case anyone is wondering, RPB stands for "Racing Plast Burkträsk" and the GT was made from 1969 until the early 70s.
