Rookies will love this one. What are these 2 cars called, who are the drivers, what is the race, and what are the engines in the cars? It's easy once you find one answer!

Sweden ?  Background looks like Kristianstadt (or whatever) where the Swedish sports car GP was held.  Was there ever a 'libre' race held there ?
In that case it might just be Jo Bonnier in front but.......

Yes, Soviet Union, in fact Russian I think. But the engine is not Moskvich.

First car - GA-22 (ГА-22) 1958 (engine from GAZ-M21)
Second car - GM-20 (ГМ-20) 1957-58 (engine, transmission, brakes, wheels from GAZ-M20)
The cars were built in the car repair factory of the Leningrad Military District by V.G. Shakhverdov (В. Г. Шахвердов)
