What's this and who built it, for 1 point?:

Thats a Alfa Romeo 1900 by Boneschi from 1958. Part of the Corrado Lopresto collection i think.

Car is right but I have it as by a different coachbuilder.
My info may be wrong of course (it was obtained from the 'Net after all..) so if you can post proof that it is by Boneschi I will accept that.
Locked for you.

Having trouble with uploading any "evidence" but another search actually describes it as an Alfa Romeo 1900L Boneschi/Riva. So I guess that is the other carrozzeria You ask for ?

That's right, Carrozzeria Riva is the name I was looking for, so that's another point for you.
I got the following PM from Hiawatha which explains the involvement of both Boneschi and Riva.
Thanks for that Luciano but no points I'm afraid!

QUOTE
The car in the puzzle started life as an advertising vehicle for Ignis appliances and the body was by Boneschi.
It was later modified to the current layout by Carrozzeria Riva. I would then say more Riva than Boneschi.

Luciano

The B&W picture showes the original body of this car, as presented at the 1958 Turin Motor Show. The car was originally intended as an advertising car for IGNIS.
The color photo is the car at "RetrĂ²Visioni" exhibition in Turin.
This Boneschi/Riva and the Paris&Niza one (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=31687) are the only Alfa Romeo 1900 with Station Wagon body known to exist today, and both come from the Lopresto Collection.
