This one is almost impossible to find as it is totally obscure, but if you find the city where it was built it will be much, much easier. The city itself is fairly obscure, so let me give you a hint : the first letter of the city is the same as the first letter of the state it belongs to, and the largest city of this state starts with the same letter as well. Let the hunt begin !
