Nope, but you can access the car with one and drive it.

There is a website dedicated to this car. Find the name of the car and you'll find it easily.
It's not named after the builder and not minicar, microcar, citycar, etc..

This car is named after its shape, more or less, and it's an Italian word. Not hard at all and it's been used before as a nickname for a quite different car!

Sorry, I thought it was clear.
It is a Yes!
To find the solution, now, you just have to follow this, right, intuition.

Yes! This was a serious attempt to a production car, not just a self-built car.
There's a website about this car, no links allowed but it's just few 'googlets' away.
Point for you!

I read in an Italian magazine no.1 year 2000 that this car was introduced at the Motor Show of Bologna in the past year. Including prices and photo. That make the car's year 1999 not 2011.

You are right. IT was featured in a 2011 magazine but it was quite old at the time.
It was built in March 1999.
Title fixed, thank you.
