What is this?
1 point for you!
Electric car made in Europe ?
Yes...
One-off?
It was meant for production.
Made in eastern Europe ?
Italian?
Italian electric car...built by an individual but not for himself...in his projects it was going to be mass produced and there's a website dedicated... ;)
Is it a car for the disabled ?
Not only, but ingeneered to let them have an easy access.
Few guesses and I'll point you in the right direction.
Does it incorporate a wheelchair in some kind of way ?

Nope, but you can access the car with one and drive it.
Is it front access?
Yes...the whole cabin slides back and give wide access.
There is a website dedicated to this car. Find the name of the car and you'll find it easily.
It's not named after the builder and not minicar, microcar, citycar, etc..
Is the website written only in Italian ?
Nope...English too.
This car is named after its shape, more or less, and it's an Italian word. Not hard at all and it's been used before as a nickname for a quite different car!
Uovo?
Follow your intuition!
Is that a Yes or a No or an Almost?
Sorry, I thought it was clear.
It is a Yes!
To find the solution, now, you just have to follow this, right, intuition.
L'Uovo by Dr. Giorgio Viganò
:applause: :applause:
Yes! This was a serious attempt to a production car, not just a self-built car.
There's a website about this car, no links allowed but it's just few 'googlets' away.
Point for you!
I read in an Italian magazine no.1 year 2000 that this car was introduced at the Motor Show of Bologna in the past year. Including prices and photo. That make the car's year 1999 not 2011.
You are right. IT was featured in a 2011 magazine but it was quite old at the time.
It was built in March 1999.
Title fixed, thank you.
