Is it not Loregno but Lorxxno.
Anyway that is just his name, still need his last name.

Only two letters missing, but I've been unable to find the name. I could try guessing, but there's no fun in that, so please unlock.

Ok, but that his just his first name.
Open to all.

I found it as the "Fiat-Cirri Special" by Loriano Cirri... but I wouldn't ever found it without the informations found by ropat... I'm not sure to deserve the point...  :-\

That is what I have.
I don't know when Loriano built this car and I suspect 1951 is (as usual) the year of the donor car.
I think Ropat had enough time to look for it but since Iluvatar was helped by his previous guesses (and Easter is approaching) I'm sure a point each will be fine!
I'd like to find more about but it seems to be quite obscure.

Thank you for the point, I'm not sure I deserve it, after all I only found part of the answer.

You did very well to find that.
Even knowing the answer all I could find was that Italian Motors website where the writer wrote about his 'friend Loreno' all the time!

... the most help comes from being italian... Loriano is not a common name, but I know it could be a name...

This is a Fiat 500C built as a '50s sport car by Loriano Cirri. In my opinion one of the best recreation of this kind.
