An easy Rookie point. Who built this car?

Built by a former math and physics teacher, Kong Pharith, according to what I've found about it ;)

So when I get to 20 points, I become an expert and can post new puzzles? I am waiting on confirmation on another one as well, so I won't make any more guesses on any other Rookie puzzles, but I just want to make sure I understand the rules :)

Yes, you are now just one point away from being an Expert. When you reach it, then you can start posting your own puzzles. Way to go :)!

The puzzle car was built in Cambodia
