Well, I didn't really expect such an answer to say the least :o

Let me rephrase it : is the company that modified the car based in Southeast Asia, that is to say in one of these territoires : Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cocos Islands, Christmas Island, Andaman and Nicobar Island, Hainan ?

I read wikipedia's definition of Southeast Asia and that was the reason for my answer. None of these countries though
