Can you identify this car? Base car (very easy) and coachbuilder. No lock for the model!

Base is a Fiat 500 A "Topolino" furgoncino, turned into a station-wagon and with a new front hood.
The hard part is indeed who made it. Perhaps Fona?

Of course correct the base car, but the coachbuilder is not Fona.
