Skoda 706 SAP 11 RTO (I don't know if SAP 11 has a particular meaning), but 760RTO is correct...but not for educational purposes (but the path is not completely wrong).

SAP (samonosny autobusovy podvozek) roughly means unibody construction. 11 was for the length in meters. This bus was made for Czechoslovakian TV. It was designed in 1969 by architect Milan Strejček.

Interestingly the unibody design proved not to be strong enough for such a heavy vehicle. Eight other busses for Czech TV were made on standard RTO chassis.

A unique 706 RTO. The puzzle image can't be found with Google Search, only with Bing. What about that asymmetrical grille ?
