Can you identify this car? I need the base car and the man who built it...a little clue, they are from two different countries.

Pompeo Special, built in Spain by Juan Ramírez Pompeo. Based on a pre-war Hansa chassis.

Absolutely correct; I can just add that Juan Ramirez Pompeo, some year later, built the Orix.  Another point for you.

Please rectify the name of the builder that is exactly JUAN RAMIREZ MONTPEO so the car is an Hansa-Lloyd Montpeo.

I found that name 'Montpeo' in Valleador's book and had it filed that way...but I then thought it was the result of a bad OCR text.

MONTPEO is catalan family name, Pompeo is an italian christian name...
