After searching numerous web sites relating to French cyclecars and cyclecar motors I came across a motorcycle/motor fan club which says the puzzle car is a: Clebant, manufactured in France, and utilizing a Ydral motor. Hopefully this is accurate, as I can find nothing else about a Clebant, The site says the car has two wheels, but the picture implies three wheels, so other information given could be inaccurate as well. Here is a side view of the Clebant from the site.
That's exactly what I have, well found.
