Finally! Those are Mikromobil cars standing in front of the factory in Wandsbek, which became part of Hamburg in 1938. I think these are 4/18 PS cars, maybe 6/18 PS.
One more point for you.

PS. Hamburg is not part of Schleswig-Holstein, but a free city.
