It is based on a VW T3 Westfalia for sure, but there is more to it.

Hmm...  round headlights so it's a US version.   Don't see any hints that it's a Synchro.   The plexi windows look non-stock, but other than that I don't see any special edition clues.    You may unlock it.

The round headlights were fitted on most European T3s, too. There is one tell-tale detail you haven't discovered yet.

I think it's Porsche powered. More precisely: Volkswagen T3 Porsche B32 Camping

Right you are. It is one of the Porsche B32, the only one of them based on a Westfalia camper.
