Not a repost, and a bit trickier than it might look.
For one point, please respond and identify this little truck.

German? 1940s?
German, but not from the 1940s.
The shape of the grille and its 6 bars suggest Goliath. Is it a Goliath truck?
No
I'm really battling with this one! Hanomag? ???
If not Hanomag, maybe Framo?
Not exactly a Framo, but related.
Locked for you for one more guess.
I'm still searching, can you give me till Saturday 19th? :)

Richard
The next Saturday 19th is in September...!
:o I should have been more careful! ;D
I don't know where the blazes I got that date from! :-[ :)
Is the truck an IFA Framo Pritsche?
Yes and no. It was offered under a different name which I am looking for.
Unlocked and open for all experts again.
1954 IFA VEB Framo V901-2Z F9 ? or 1960 Barkas ?
Yes and no. It was offered under a different name which I am looking for. ;)
Blimey. :o IWL?
No
How about a Barkas Framo V901? :o
No
Scraping the bottom of the barrel here, WARTBURG Barkas Framo V901?? If not, how about a clue or two? ;) ;)
Not Wartburg or any of the known East German brands. It's more of an export name, like Yalta was for Saporoshez.
up again
VEB Kraftfahrzeugwerk Framo Hainichen/Sa (find on the web)
Yes, they built the car, but I am looking for another brand used for export.
From Poland ?
I found a photograph with the caption: Kvašťov, but no further explanation, and the Google translator is of no help. Could this be the name you are looking for?

From Poland ?
I just found that the V901 was exported in the Bundesrepublik as the Norwed. It seems to be the answer, isn't it ?
And we have a winner! Norwed (also Norwed-Bauer) imported East German cars to Western Germany. While most of them were sold under their original names, he decided to sell the Framo/Barkas under his own name.
BTW, Kvašťov could be a polish word for "image", such as "kuva" in finnish ?
