At first sight it looks British, but for the centre door and (of course) wrong-hand rule of the road.
The best I can offer is that it is a Yaroslavl Trolley Bus ЯТБ-3 which was based on an English Electric design.

A Henschel/NWF 562 DD trolleybus from 1953 in Hamburg-Harburg, "Deutschlands einzige Doppeldecker-O-Busse".

Besides that the picture was taken at the other end of the line in Fleestedt, outside of Hamburg in Lower Saxony, everything is correct. A well-earned point for you.
