An article in a well known prewar car blog just pointed out that there were Phänomen cars of that time with four resp. seven hood louvers. You can seeboth versions in the two last pictures. It might be a differentiating fact between the 10/30 PS (four louvers) and the 16/45 PS (bigger engine, more air needed for cooling, seven louvers).
