Was this a one-off constructed by an individual, as opposed to a production model constructed by a vehicle manufacturer?

We have established that this vehicle is from future DDR territory, and not from Western occupied Berlin, but might it be from the area of DDR controlled Berlin?

Less obscure, but not Phänomobil.  Hmmmmm, perhaps Brennabor circa 1925.  I believe they made a three wheeler, but I can't find any pictures.

Yes, it is either the first Framo, the TV300, or its predecessor, the DKW Transportwagen, which was built by Framo.
