You got the right idea, but nothing to do with Willys.

This is a dummy tank made of wood and cardboard mounted on a BMW DIXI 3/15 DA1 around 1927.

Drop the BMW bit and your answer is correct. It is a Dixi 3/15 PS Typ DA1 disguised as a tank.
