What a nice arrangement this picture has... :)
For one point, please respond and identify this car.

Daihatsu?

No

Subaru Justy
-
No

OK it's the Suzuki Cervo C ("C" for "Classic") three door version, produced 1997-98
-
Yes, a Japanese car trying to look like an Italian one, standing in front of an English cottage wit a French licence plate.
One more point for you.
-
Clever, these Japanese artists. I doubt very much whether that car ever left Japan..
I can't identify where that Post Office is that it's supposedly parked outside!
-
Luccombe in Somerset :)
-
You're right!
It wasn't the Post Office in those days..
What does it say above the door? It looks like Metnor or Hetnor but I couldn't find anything resembling that; it could perhaps sound a bit Somerset or Devon-ish.
-
Seems to be Hetnor, but I couldn't find a meaning either.
-
The building is Ketnor's store and Post Office on Stoney st. in Luccombe, Somerset England.

Well done!
Almost worth a point...!
-
Thanks for the kind words.
Actually, it was quite fun trying to solve a puzzle that didn't involve automobiles or trucks.
I didn't save it, but you can Google the name Ketnor and the location and you can get a family tree sort of history. They were in that area for a long, long time. The last dated photo I saw was in the late 1990's so I imagine the store and the family are still there.
Cheers
