No, as far as I know it is a 1.5 litre car.

Please ignore the above. It was a stupid guess.

The clue lies in the advertising hoarding - it mentions Berlin which brings us to Avus. In the 1926 German Grand Prix held at Avus there were 2 entries of 1925 Talbot 1.5-litre cars, and this is the car of Urban-Emmerich race #42.

Here is a photo of what happened to it.

Yes, well found. The Czech driver Hugo Urban-Emmerich participated in the German GP with his Talbot from 1926 to 1929.
