it looks very much like the IFA DKW F9 based rennwagen of Arbeitsgruppe Chemnitz with a Barchette body

--because that's what it is, one of two IFA F9 racecars built by the Arbeitsgruppe Chemnitz. The second one had a streamline body (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=25104.msg378779#msg378779). Both were rebodied later on (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=22020.msg378778#msg378778). One of them was reboied again after its racing career (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=8875).
