An early '20's Sunbeam 6 cyl. (judging  by the length of the hood) tourer, perhaps a new ohv 24/60 hp from 1921-22.

That's exactly what it is - 1921 Sunbeam 24/60 with (apparently) the Earl of Lytton at the wheel.
