1934 BMW 315 with a body made in the fifties by students from the Meisterschule Kaiserslautern. It looked familiar to me and it's indeed featured in a book about special BMWs.

Yes, built in 1957. One more point for you.

Today the car is in the Volante Museum near Freiburg sitting next to a bunch of Vanvooren-bodied cars. It is planned to be restored in the next 3 years

The car is still under restauration and was presented at the centennial exhibition of the Schauinsland hillclimb record last weekend.
According to the current owner its name was BMW 315 "Schauinsland".
