Yes, my eagle-eyed friend. ;)
For the general public, the
Deutsche Verkehrswacht awards badges for 10, 20, 25, 30, 40 or 50 years of defensive driving.

Nobody knows...the darkness I will see.
Waking this puzzle from its three year slumber, is the car a one-off?
Yes
Ah, I feared it was a one-off, so it can't be what I thought it could be :-\
I think this cannot be solved in the usual way, because there is absolutely no information available on the web or in books or magazines.
So I will give two cryptic hints about its name:
Coming after the yellow one and smaller than the other one:
Noone having a try?
Coming after Sommer, could it be Autumn or Fall?
Good idea! Keep in mind that it is Sommer, not Summer. ;)
the second hint: Smaller than Six, could it be Four?
You haven't got that hint yet.

Two more points for you. I'll add some more pictures and some info tonight.
Took me a while to figure out the second hint was a Praga !
It was built by Walter Herbst from Hamburg in 1952 and driven regularly until 1960. It was revived in 1970 for a short while. Since then it has been sheltered and cared for. It is powered by an ILO 250 cc twin engine. It was on display at a local shopping mall in 1990. I've never seen it since.
nice and interesting car
That's what I call a puzzle ! 8)
