For the general public, the Deutsche Verkehrswacht awards badges for 10, 20, 25, 30, 40 or 50 years of defensive driving.

I think this cannot be solved in the usual way, because there is absolutely no information available on the web or in books or magazines.

It was built by Walter Herbst from Hamburg in 1952 and driven regularly until 1960. It was revived in 1970 for a short while. Since then it has been sheltered and cared for. It is powered by an ILO 250 cc twin engine. It was on display at a local shopping mall in 1990. I've never seen it since.
