I was not able to find out any technical details of this one.

But there was a bigger and a smaller race car of this man, that are much more known...

And it is not a french car.

LOCKED for you!

This is indeed on of his vehicles.

Maybe you may find a name/designation?

All I can bring to mind is a Thomas Special, of which there were several.  There was 'Babs' of course, which looked a bit similar to this car but was much larger, and there were, I think,  a couple of 'low line' cars built for the British Grand Prix at Brooklands in 1927(?) but didn't look anything like this.
However some sort of Thomas Special would get my vote.  The driver appears to be Mr Parry Thomas himself, if the sweater is any sort of clue !

Well I do not want to torture you too much.

You´re a five point rookie, so besides the name Parry Thomas I only want to hear the correct year from you for a point.

1927 is too late.  ;)

Three more tries for you until I´ll unlock it again.

Ah, my actual knowledge ran out a little while ago ! I am, therefore guessing. If this guess is incorrect, feel free to unlock.  Either way I will then learn something......
I will say....1922

Your first guess was only a couple of years too far in time... ;D
