Ah, found it! Dome Tojiro II. Not sure I can find what it's based on though?

EDIT: Looks as though the Tojiro III is based on either a Honda S600 or S800 (different sources with different ideas), would the Tojiro II share this base too?

That's the car, yes, which I believe is based on a Honda S600.

That's the car, yes, which I believe is based on a Honda S600.
