Yes, and what is it supposed to be or look like ?
its suppose to lok like the 30 - 40 bugatti. Pur Sang people took the ideas from a car porposition call Type 41 Sport Carrera
Bugatti was the name I wanted to hear. It seems to have a 12 litre V12.... Point for you. Here's a colour pic
What a retro beast! Google turned up few pix and details - and a familiar address from another project:

Puzzle car has a Cadillac V16 engine, not a V12, that's another car and was a previous autopuzzle as datsone mentioned.
This is a Special one off and I don't really think it was intended to look like a Bugatti.
Just checked my (well-known) source again and they claim it is supposed to be a Bugatti look-a-like and has a V12. Other websites also mention a 12 Litre V12. But other sources indeed claim it has a V16 Cadillac engine. The Pur Sang website shows the car but doesn't say anything about the engine. V12 or V16 ? Does it matter ? It's a beast of a machine...
This was displayed at Retromobile 2003 as the Cadillac V16 Sport. The 8 exhausts branches per side also point to the V16. The wheel centers also mimic those of a vintage Cadillac V16.
Here is the designers sketch for the Bugatti
This is a closer look at the exhaust manifold, 8 pipes on either side.
I think your source claims it's a Bugatti look alike because Pur Sang is usually associated with the Bugatti recreations they make.
One more from Retromobile:
The more I look at it the uglier it gets.... I'm pretty sure you can buy a nice Lambo or Maserati for the same price..... not a V16 though.....
I think this needs to be re-titled - what say the other admins?

I agree. Replace 'Bugatti' with 'Cadillac'.
Done
Agree, thanks
