Based on a Simca 8 , known as the Oiseau Bleu , one off by Roger Baillon ,apparently displayed at Paris Salon 1947 ?

One of his infamous collection . apparently the family are keeping it ,virtually everything else was auctioned at Retromobile 2015 & made for very entertaining viewing !

The rear end sits a bit too high now I think.

However it is great that this unique car has been rescued and restored.
