Stimula 8CV, 1907

I used a well-known way of finding defunct French marques, and went through every name for the years 1904-1912, and cross-referenced Google Images. Every marque!

It appears if you enter the year 1907. It doesn't appear if you enter any other year.  :'(

However, I have found new material for puzzles!
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

I tried a different approach...after using that '19' written on the tank with no luck, I tried to recognize the white car. I found it was a Senechal and after few googling sessions, I found the right one. There was only one picture of it with other cars in a car show and there it was the Stimula...but no rear views! I had to study fenders, steering wheels and all the matching elements to identify the correct car.

Now I know why other car enthusiasts think AP members are a bit..........different.
