The company behind this car drifts in and out of business quite often, but to the best of knowledge, they do not currently exist. 

The car is not a proposal by NCF Motors or Dutton though.

Not Moss or Sylva, and the actual marque behind this project only made Seven-style models, but planned other projects (one with the same model name as this one - there's a clue!) and has also involved with other cars under a different marque name. ;)
