Looks like something out of Mad Max. You wouldn't want to see it in the rear view mirror, racing towards you with lights ablaze. But I think the driver would have to have a death wish to drive it with its front wheels so positively-offset. Very scary!

Is it a German one-off?

It was featured on the TV show "Fast n Loud".  Not as the object of the show, just something that a custom car builder had in his garage, that he will never sell.

There have been 104 episodes of Fast n' loud so far. Was this car featured in an episode first aired after August 18th 2014 (episode #52, start of Season 5) ?

the creator is a custom car guy who also worked with George Barris and Korky.

And the car was seen in one of the late episodes...

According to some source Michael Gale Black appeared in the episode aired on February 15th, 2016. It should be episode #95 (aka Season 7 Episode 14). I'll try to find that show online and make some screenshots.
